At Athmi Sportswear, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation terms below:
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
2. How to Cancel an Order
- You can request a cancellation by contacting our support team with your order details.
- Cancellation requests are processed based on the order status at the time of request.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be initiated:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- COD Orders: No charges will be applied if cancelled before shipping
4. Failed or Cancelled Payments
- If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your payment provider within a few business days.
5. Cancellation by Athmi Sportswear
Athmi reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect pricing or product information
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. Modifying Orders
- Once an order is placed, modifications (address, size, product) may not be possible.
- Please contact support immediately for any urgent changes.
