1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear and hygiene-related products
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Gift cards (if applicable)
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or defective products, subject to availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
4. Return Process
- Initiate a return request via our website or contact support.
- Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the product.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Return Shipping Charges
- Free return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- For other returns, a minimal return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with images for quick resolution.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
